Let’s explore the wonderful world of watercolor paint! This class is a beginner's guide to getting started with watercolor painting. We will begin by exploring watercolor materials and the basics of watercolor painting. Then, we will dabble in some color theory and maybe even use some “unlikely” materials! Let's Quilt! - For Beginners

Come quilt with us! We will be starting with the basics: fabric, color, cutting mats, rotary cutters and grid rulers. We will be cutting patches and learning to sew them on a machine, or by hand. Your choice!

Painting with Gouache

Gouache is an opaque paint medium that acts like acrylic paint until water is added, and then it acts like watercolor. It is painted on paper. This class is for beginner to advanced painters. Some drawing required. We will complete multiple small paintings.
For this class, you will need a watercolor paper notebook, gouache paint, (red, yellow, blue, black, and white) 1 angle brush, 1 flat brush, 1 round watercolor brush, basic color pencils, towel/rag, and palette paper.
