Alla Prima Painting 

Spend the afternoon creating a simple yet wonderful masterpiece. Alla prima refers to a direct painting approach, where paint is applied wet on wet without letting earlier layers dry. In Italian, the term all prima means "at first attempt."

Creative Digital Photography


This workshop will provide students the basics of creating the kinds of images they want, learning to use the creative controls of your digital camera. We will discuss the importance of aperture, shutter speed, ISO and white balance, and the camera controls to make these adjustments. We will also cover basics of lighting, saving images in the correct format and creative printing techniques, making your photography less frustrating and way more fun!
