How are vendors selected? Vendor selections are juried by Art Station staff. Applications are NOT first come first serve, so please take your time in filling out the form. Vendor selection is based on the following criteria, in order of importance: 1. Adhering to the rules/ incomplete application. Any applications breaking the rules outlined, or that are incomplete (lack of payment, no attached images, incomplete form) will not be accepted. 2. Differentiation of product. We strive to keep a variety of unique vendors in our market, from jewelry, craft, 2-D art, crochet, clothing, etc. Many vendors are often waitlisted or denied not as a reflection on their work, but simply as we have too many similar vendors who have applied. 3. Professionalism & Preparation. We love to see vendors with a good amount of quality work, and that are ready to sell. Previous booth pictures are not required but are a bonus! 4. Theming of event. Vendors who do not align with the theme of an event are less likely to be accepted. We are focused on artist and handmade vendors. Previous vendors are not guaranteed a space. All vendors must submit an application and go through the jury process.
